Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division

"Common Pitfalls for Establishments that sell beer, wine & liquor and how to avoid them!"

The Colorado Department of Revenue, Liquor and Tobacco Enforcement Division, will be providing a seminar on issues related to underage access to alcohol beverages and tobacco products.  This seminar will address common violations related to the sale of alcohol or tobacco to underage persons.  There will also be discussion of the federal grants and programs that are used to fund the enforcement programs.  Attendees will learn basic steps and common policies used to prevent underage access to alcohol and tobacco products.  All applicable Colorado laws will be discussed and there will be plenty of time for questions and answers.
